Happy Soul Film Festival

"The 2009 Happy Soul Festival achieved a significant publicity profile with over 75 news items in the mainstream and ethnic media including press, radio and television. Based on this media coverage an estimated 60,000-70,000 people heard about the Happy Soul Film Festival, the Trust, or mental health and the Festival.

This significant move forward in PR was made possible thanks to funding from Film London’s Black Film Exhibition Publicity Fund from which the Trust was able to recruit an exceptional PR Consultant Jenni Asiama of the A.M.A Consultancy. The AMA Consultancy was given a broad perspective of what the Trust wanted in terms of raising awareness of the festival and ultimately de-stigmatising mental illness. The A.M.A Consultancy delivered far more than what was expected and had an excellent work and “can do” ethic, approaching the topic with sensitivity and humility. The A.M.A Consultancy will definitely be a company we will be using again for future events."

Julia Smith

"The A.M.A. Consultancy provided me with an extremely pro-active PR service that was tailored to my company's individual needs. They may not be a corporate sized company but they have a vast contact base and offer a personal service which I found to be extremely supportive. The A.M.A Consultancy aim high and they really work hard to deliver."

Blood Pressure Association

"We can't recommend the A.M.A Consultancy highly enough. They helped us to make a real impact in targeting the African Caribbean community during our flaghsip event Know your Numbers! Week 2008. Thanks to their hard work and commitment, our message was widely promoted and we received support from a host of celebrities. Jenni and her team are a pleasure to work and we look forward to working with them on future projects."

Sue Massey, Head of Communications, Blood Pressure Association

Victoria & Albert Museum

"The A.M.A Consultancy provided both an inclusive and professional service. They took the time to understand our product including the detail needed for individual events - and delivered! Thank you A.M.A for an enjoyable working relationship."

Janet Browne, Learning & Interpretation Division, Victoria & Albert Museum

The Natural History Museum.

"I worked on the Slavery and the Natural World project with the AMA Consultancy who were very professional and delivered a quality project on time. They are a friendly team, and were quick and efficient to respond to our needs. The A.M.A Consultancy understood what we wanted, were patient and supportive of our project - and appreciated the difficulties of working with a large, public organisation. The AMA Consultancy offer a genuine client-oriented service which is very good value - an investment worth making!"

Streatham Arts Festival

"The A.M.A Consultancy worked hard in the run up to The 2007 Streatham Arts Festival and arranged a packed publicity launch event. We received masses of publicity for the festival programme - newspapers, magazines, radio and the internet. This all helped create a big buzz and so events were well attended and successful. Very professional and easy to work with."

Patricia Sauer, Chair, Streatham Arts Festival
